Today I want to show you how to get thin legs in a hurry. Now, I can’t literally promise that you will get skinny legs because that depends on factors beyond my control. But what I can promise is that if you follow the advice I am about to give, you will get thinner legs.

Walking On a Treadmill

This is pretty simple. But I’m going to ask you to make one small adjustment. All I want to do is set the incline of the treadmill to 15 to 20 degrees. Now, that may not seem like much of a difference, but you’ll see differently after you give a try for a while.

Walking on flat surfaces is decent for weight maintenance. But if you want to lose weight, you’re going to have to challenge yourself a bit more. And walking on an incline will do this. Walking on an incline is an efficient way to burn fat fast. Your body is forced to exert more energy because it’s not used to walking on an incline.

But that’s great for losing weight. You lose weight at the same as getting skinny legs.

For best results, I suggest you do this for at least 20-30 minutes a day. And try to do it 4 or 5 times each week.

Step Ups

This exercise is really good for firming your legs and making them look lean. Just find a weight bench or sturdy chair. Then all you do is step on to it with one of your feet. Then bring your other foot up, so that you are completely standing on the chair or bench. Then step back down.

That’s it.

Do this for 5 minutes straight. Position your hands on your waist as you do this exercise.

So, now you know it isn’t that difficult to get thin legs. The trick is committing to doing these exercises.
