			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The American Cancer Society Suggests you get to and <strong>maintain a healthy weight</strong>, <strong>exercise vigorously at least 30 minutes a day</strong> (preferably 45 to 60 minutes) and <strong>eat healthy diet</strong> including at least 5 or more servings of a wide variety of fresh fruit and raw vegetables each day. If you drink alcoholic beverages limit yourself to 1 glass a day for women and 2 glasses daily for men. Preferably avoid alcohol all together.</p>
<p>This is the formula they suggest and I recommend if you want to know how to reduce your risk of cancer cells in the body.<span id="more-64"></span></p>
<p><strong>Healthy Weight</strong>. Often people have in their mind what weight is healthy for them. Medically speaking, if your body mass index is rated 25 or higher you have an increased risk for many health issues. There is no specific link to cancer other than the fact that there is a greater percentage of people with cancer that are overweight than not. The higher your body mass index is the greater your risks are. There is also a connection to your waist size. For men if your waist is over 40 inches and 35 inches in women, you will have additional health risk as well. Generally, people that carry more weight in their waist are overweight but not always. If they are overweight and have an extra wide waist the risks of health problems are even greater. I know because I have been there personally (waist and weight).</p>
<p>Regular Physical Exercise. We all should be intentional and serious about our regular physical exercise program. <p>Walking on flat surfaces is decent for weight maintenance. But if you want to lose weight, you&#8217;re going to have to challenge yourself a bit more. And walking on an incline will do this. Walking on an incline is an efficient way to burn fat fast. Your body is forced to exert more energy because it&#8217;s not used to walking on an incline.</p>
<p>But that&#8217;s great for losing weight. You lose weight at the same as getting skinny legs.</p>
<p>For best results, I suggest you do this for at least 20-30 minutes a day. And try to do it 4 or 5 times each week.</p>
<p><em><strong>Step Ups</strong></em></p>
<p>This exercise is really good for firming your legs and making them look lean. Just find a weight bench or sturdy chair. Then all you do is step on to it with one of your feet. Then bring your other foot up, so that you are completely standing on the chair or bench. Then step back down.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s it.</p>
<p>Do this for 5 minutes straight. Position your hands on your waist as you do this exercise.</p>
<p>So, now you know it isn&#8217;t that difficult to get thin legs. The trick is committing to doing these exercises.</p>

<p>Good nutrition is largely a case of educating yourself. Once you do this you will find it easy to adapt your eating habits. The first thing you should do to achieve weight loss is to cut out junk food. Junk food can be classified as foods that have little or no nutrition but carry plenty of calories. They are also known as empty calorie foods. For any successful weight loss program it is necessary to know what these foods are. Generally they are foods high in refined sugar like cakes, cookies and sodas. Potato chips are also classified as junk foods.</p>
<p>The next group of foods to be cautious of are carbohydrates. You should reduce but not cut out foods from this group in order to cut down calories. Fatty foods should also be restricted but not cut out entirely.</p>
<p>So what should you eat to achieve better weight loss? Try not to eat refined foods. Instead, replace them with whole grain foods. Examples of this would be: Eating brown rice instead of white rice, and choosing breads with whole wheat instead of eating white bread. This will provide better nutrition and fiber. Weight loss can be achieved easier when you consume more fiber. This is because it fills you up without adding extra calories. It also provides bulk to your stool so that you will not get constipated. An important part of weight loss is cleansing your colon and not allowing bacteria and toxins to build up which happens when you get constipated.</p>
<p>Instead of junk food, stick to the four food groups usually found on the walls of your grocery store, instead of the processed foods on the inner isles. Eat more vegetables which are light in calories and high in nutrition. For better weight loss, fruits should be eaten but restrict them to begin with as they are fairly high in fructose. Always chose fresh or frozen without added sugar for maximum nutrition.</p>
<p>For the best weight loss results give yourself smaller portions and remember not to snack. Eat foods that are high in protein but with less fat. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When you look in the mirror, do you see an unwanted spare tire around your middle?  Most people would say, yes.  America is plagued with overweight people.  Meal portions are huge and laziness is even bigger than the portions, so spare tires can be found around most American’s bellies.  If you want to get rid of those pesky, unwanted love handles, there is one simple solution, but one that requires dedication, hard work and a lot of willpower.  That solution comes in just one easy word…exercise.  Yes, the dreaded “E” word.  The only thing that will firm up your stomach muscles and give you proper toning is if you exercise.  Experts and trainers recommend that you work out in some way, shape or form every day of the week.  That may not be entirely possible for many people, so working out 3-5 days a week will give you the results that you so desire.  You do not have to join a gym in order to get rid of that spare tire.  These can go away with simple exercises at your home or outside of the gym.  Get ready to have sore tired and sore tummy muscles, but get even more ready to look amazing when you are done!<br />

There are several surefire ways to get rid of your love handles and both of them involve getting on the floor.  Find a comfortable place on the floor where you can stretch out.  Invest in a yoga mat so you have a bit of cushion to make it more comfortable for you.  Your first exercise should consist of lying on your back with your knees pulled up off of the floor and crossed at the ankles.  Cross your hands behind your head for support.  Careful to lift only with your stomach muscles, raise your head and upper back off of the floor and back down in a quick, smooth movement.  It is important not to lift with your neck, or pull with the hands behind your head…that is cheating, plus it can pull your neck muscles.  Do these crunches in 20 set successions, resting for 30 seconds between each one.  Make sure to keep your stomach muscles tight as you are doing this.  When you are done with your crunches, move to your stomach and with your legs pointing straight out behind you and your head and neck lifted off of the ground move your legs back and forth in a quick “scissor” move.  Doing this two exercises will give your stomach contour and tone in not long at all!</p>
